Something did not work correctly in the PayPal payment transaction. Follow these steps to resolve the situation:
1. Check the email you registered with to see if you received a purchase receipt. Check in the Inbox as well as in the Trash / Spam Folder. If you have not received a purchase receipt, follow step 2.
2. Check your PayPal account to see if the purchase amount has been withdrawn.
– If the amount has not been withdrawn from your PayPal account you can make a new purchase on our site.
– If the amount has been withdrawn from your PayPal account please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Failed Transaction”.
You will receive the link for downloading the purchased products on the email address with which you registered / paid.
